CELP12 uses information you provide to manage learning access and show your practice progress. This page describes the platform’s current approach in plain language.

What we collect

When you request access, we collect your email address and selected preparation path. If your account is approved, we store your username, password credentials in protected form, access status and expiry where applicable. While you use the platform, we may store mock-test answers, scores, written responses, speaking recordings you choose to save, and learning progress.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure accounts, deliver access emails and password resets, display results, support practice and prevent misuse. We do not sell learner information.

Services involved

The platform is hosted by Render. Domain and email-routing services use Cloudflare, and transactional account emails may be delivered through Brevo. These providers process information needed to run the service. Browser storage and a session cookie help keep you signed in and retain practice state.

Your choices

You can choose whether to submit a trial request, save practice answers or use supported recording features. Contact us if you need help with your account, want to correct your details or request deletion of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained for security or operational reasons.

Security

We use access controls and protective measures, but no online service can promise absolute security. Use a unique password and keep account emails private.
